False charges to my credit card setting up Xbox live for my grandson

We received false charges to our credit card after setting up Xbox live for my grandson. It appears you have a serious problem with security and credit cards. Had to cancel our credit card after contacting bank. If you would search Microsoft *Store MSBILL.info
you will find pages of complaints similar to mine. All dealing with Xbox live and credit card charges.

Skate Park rogue charges, be warned and help

We have an xbox one and my grandsons have been playing the free "Games with Gold" game skate park. I have the xbox set up so a passkey has to be used by myself for any charges but over the last couple of days I have had 4 charges for items, related to this
game, charged to my credit card without any passkey or authorization having been given. My grandsons do not have the passkey and have not tried to make any purchases. Has anyone else had the same problem? and how is the "game" managing to charge my credit
card without authorization.?????

Mini-Survey: How do you purchase your digital content on Xbox Live?

A mix of Credit Card and online gift cards. The Xbox Live marketplace is weird for me, it charges me tax when using a credit card directly, but doesn't charge me any tax when using my Microsoft account balance. So usually what I tend to do is always makes sure I have something in my account balance so when I use my credit card, it only subtracts what was left over after taking from the account, and this never includes tax.

There's also a tab to cotnact support at the bottom of the page I linked,they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

Had my debit card linked to my account for over 13 years without an issue.

I was allowing my grandson to use my debit card to sign up for Xbox game pass $9.99 month and somehow the next day I have a charge from xbox Gold Live $59.99 + Game pass $9.99! how do I get these charges reversed my grandson even went on his account
and he does not have xbox Gold Live.

I originally got my XBOX Live Gold by adding a credit card to my account. Two years later My credit card info was compromised. I got charges of over $1000 on my card. I believe my credit card information was gotten through My Xbox Live account. Why do I
think that? Because all the fraudulent charges were for online purchases from Microsoft. I called Microsoft and had to fight with them to remove my credit card info. Last year the only way to get a Family Pack was to use a credit card on your account, so I
did. A few weeks ago my credit card info was obtained by someone again and guess what????? The first $1200 fraudulent charge was online with Microsoft. Until Microsoft offers a Prepaid Family Plan Card at Retailers I will not give them any more money on for
LIVE or on Live. Trust me I was not Phished.
