False case review

I submitted a case review a few days ago because this player was Harassing me and bullying me in call of Duty I get a Case Review replied back with everything this player that was Harassing me and bullying me of made a False Report over that's cool all this was false never did harm this player or made threats all false but that's cool yah have low class employees that don't care about the community and just goes with hurting your own community

This needs to be fixed Badly. I said 1 little word that wasnt any of this and thats aint fair that i am being treated poorly this way as a Paying Customer

There is nothing we can do for you here on the forums. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

You can try going to xbox.enforcement.com and getting a case review. They will check your account and review the claim and if they deem it to be false you can move on from there.

you have to follow the code of conduct if you think it is a false action you can always open a case review

Then what can you guys do about this false suspension I had received if I cant even submit a case review?
