False banned

    I'm still communication banned for saying Get good
    these false reports have got to stop. All it takes is a few little kids to get someone
    banned. I think everybody would appreciate it if reporting system was different and required
    Real evidence instead of he said a curse word to get someone banned. Also it makes a lot of people consider switching to PlayStation which I've considered a lot. If you're not going to have evidence just ban
    everyone.

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    FALSE BANNED

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Doesn't matter how many people report you,you will only ever get a ban/suspension if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

    For more info & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site

    False banned

    You'll want to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    Xbox Support and the forums do not deal with suspensions, as the Enforcement team does not post here.

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
