    False Banned


    One of my friends Kitsune IXI got Falsely banned on xbox. When he tried to contact Microsoft support they didn’t give a reason why he got banned no give any information what he did. Is there a way that you can at least unbanned him Or give us a reason why you banned him?

    How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    False ban from xbox live

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
