False Ban

Discus and support False Ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have friend on Xbox live who disappeared off of it for a good month or two.     False Ban


    I have friend on Xbox live who disappeared off of it for a good month or two. Later I get contacted by them saying that they were banned for no reason. When speaking to them they said that they tried to get it fixed but they were accused of being sexist,
    homophobic and harassment.

    Now they do get angry from time to time but in my experience playing with them they have never said anything bad about homosexuals. They do sometimes joke about it but never really mean anything by it. And to put doubt on the sexist claim most of their friends
    are in fact female so I don't really know how its possible for them to be sexist.

    In my time playing with said friend they have had a few temper tantrums. But they never actually harass anyone, its mostly just them being angry in the party about how a player left early or couldn't fulfill their role.

    They received a communication ban then two days later were perma banned.

    So why were they banned? Idk...

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    False Ban?

    So i got on xbox and when i got on it says banned for two weeks, all ive been doing is playing bo2 with friends from school, this happened about three weeks ago but for 2 days, can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

    But what about the thousands of other people on Xbox live that say things like "That game is gay" or "This game is aids". Why were they singled out when there are more people who say it even more and in worse terms? They don't mean it offensively but don't
    get perma banned for it.

    How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

    False ban from xbox live

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
