    False ban?


    this account im currently posting from has a permanent ban set in place due to something that i didnt even do, on the enforcement page it tells me that im perma banned from signing in to ANY device due to a cheating ban? i havent touched my console since november and i dont even play any microsoft games. i did notice that an unknown account was added to my xbox "family" so im not sure if they couldve been cheating and its pinned on me. either way im very upset cause this account grew up with me and to see it be gone with nothing i can do is very upsetting

    How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

    False ban from xbox live

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
