    False ban


    hi I was hoping to know of anyone could help me out this weekend I was out of town with my family at a resort and my parents said I could bring my xbox along this is our family system so we all play on it , while at the resort we had a hard time getting
    it connected to the wifi but we finally figured it out. On the 2nd of this month at 3:38 am I was permanently banned for cheating but I'm so confused cause I haven't done anything but stream destiny 2 carries for the past 2 weeks on twitch and I don't play
    any other game. I then went to check my enforcement history and my post that I use on lfg to share my stream and let people know I was streaming has also been considered inappropriate and were taken down. I was talking to my friends and they said maybe being
    on a open wifi mightve been taken as me trying to do something bad or that I had been mass reported but I ended up filing for a case review is in progress at the moment, does anyone think I have a chance at figuring what was wrong and anyway of getting my
    account back. Because it also doesn't say any detail as to why I was banned its just the default description for cheating

    How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

    It was a falsely ban, is there a way to appeal?

    False ban from xbox live

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
