    False Ban and Refunds Needed


    I just spoke to a support agent (mod removed) and they told me to post on this. My account was falsely banned due to the ban being triggered by an account recovery process. I filed a claim with the Enforcement Team website but it was denied, I replied to the email but I have yet to hear an update. During the past 12 days (the account was first banned 12 days ago) I have been contacting support and they even opened up a case to help me speak with higher support or to get Enforcement to take another look at my account. I did nothing wrong and I appreciate it if an enforcement team agent would take a look at my case.

    A purchase was made on my account by one of the support agents helping me with the case with my permission to test something out, it didn't work. I need help getting a refund since I cannot sign into the refund page because my Xbox account was banned and I cannot sign in to any Xbox website with the account. Please help me get a refund for the purchases and please do not go and tell me off to the enforcement team page because I have already filed a case and I only had one. If you are from the Enforcement team or know anyone that could help please let me know. I need help to get a refund and my account back after the false ban

    Is it a permanent ban ?

    Because you can't reply to any emails they are all no replies

    Account recovery won't result in a perm ban

    It will lock you out but it won't perm suspend you ever you must pass verification

    Unless you were trying to recover an account that wasn't actually yours

    Now if you been phishing like asking for someones account details for gamesharing ya that's perm suspendable

    The only person who should.have thr account details is the account owner period

    Asking anyone for their account details is punishable by the pet

    it is my account, and the support agent said my account was clean and the account wasn't warranted. It was my account and I owned it, and I thought game sharing wasn't tos? I never did it but still. And the email I replied to was their answer to my case review, it didn't say do not reply. and yes I got permanently banned for Account Tempering even though I don't even know how to mod accounts nor do I have the software to do so

    Everything is done thru the website and also where you fill any info in the first 300 characters when you file the appeal if they ask for more info it will be there

    That is a notification email.telling you of their decision

    You goto the enforcement site for the details

    And gamesharing is not against the rules but account sharing is

    The person who owns the account does the recovery not yo

    If it says closed then that's it and final.

    Ya account tampering has nothing to do with support nor can they reopen any cases as they don't have access to anything to do with your case

    Only enforcement.xbox.com has anything to do with enforcement

    As smwutches said you can't ask for a refund on psst purchases those are forfeit but if you made a purchase with supports help support have to address it like she said
