False Advertising Gears of war 4 codes

I got the Gears of War 4 limited edition console (10/6/2016) and STILL have not received my codes for the other Gears of War games series. It has been 2 months, I've talk to costumer support already and they have not sent anything code wise. This is basically
False Advertising.

That's pathetic. "Gears 4 Beta starts April 18th!" False advertising at its finest. Epic fail.

 

gears of war 4 still no GEARS XBOX 360 COLLECTION

still no gears xbox 360 collection said suppose to be with in a month so so far that false advertising and if they dont fix it i wouldnt be surprised if people try to sue for false advertising

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:



Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War: Judgment



Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.



These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.



Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code once the campaign begins.



The codes will be sent directly to the Xbox Message Center. After receiving the code, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after
which they are automatically deleted.
