    False advertisement


    i ran out of gold last night and I woke up to an ad. On my Xbox saying for a limited time I can get 1 month gold for a dollar. I was happy to accept this as I normally buy 1 year at a time as its cheaper in the long run but can't afford it at the moment.
    But when I tried to buy that 1 month it kept trying to charge me 10. I called and asked why this Is and I was stood its because I've had gold before and this offer is only available to new members. the ad does not state this. ANYWHERE. if that is the case
    you need to advertise it that way. Very scummy move . that's all.

    hey Fitzer, yes to everything you just said. except the console part i bought a new xbox. also i want to add a note that i also purchased the complete weapon skin set for the retro lancer and the same thing happen like the hammerburst skin set. also i have
    a question. is there a way you can give me a redeem code that unlocks the flaming hammerburst? if so why not just do that so the problem is solved?

    False Advertisement

    So I picked up Ninja Gaiden Black on my Xbox 360, it took two and half *** days to download, then when I'm finally excited to play the game after work, it says that I need the old $100 HDD Hard Drive to play a $10 game (that's non *** refundable), I tried
    to run it on my old Xbox and it still won't even show up on the USB drive, so it downloads totally fine onto my external hard drive (32GB 360 Drive), but when I plug it into my other xbox and it doesn't even show up.

    They should update Xbox Live to say that you need the HDD and not fkn assume everyone has one.

    What is the legal definition of false advertising? Or the elements required to prove false advertising? Just so we can differentiate between that and normal advertising, which is always to some extent false and misleading.

    you see, your trying to compare Skate 3 on the Xbox One and Skate 3 on the Xbox 360, they are different things.

    If you want it why not buy it on the Xbox One?

    Definitely confusing, you've got me curious now as to whether they label the telltale games first episodes as a 'full game'

    I personally bought the disc version of revelations to skip these shenanigans, the raid mode is really fun and finally online.
