i have been getting God knows how many false reports against my account. Ludicrous accusations that are completely unfounded and I have been banned from even playing anything online for no reason, for a service I pay hard working money for!!! i have used
this gamer tag since the original XBOX and this has never happened! Please fix this ASAP! This is unamerican! I Dont trash talk or cheat or hack or anything of any of those natures! I dont even own a mic to trash talk or do anything like that for Gods sake.
This is crazy and completely unjust in ever matter of the word. People who falsely report and falsely accuse should be getting banned, not the hardcore gamers who play to win, play fair and play to have fun! My gamer tag is - DA305JUDE

I understand your frustration on this, however Xbox Support or the anyone on the forums do not handle the suspensions or bans. You will need to contact the Enforcement Team by going here:
https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements Once there, log in and you should see your current enforcement. If you are able to open a case review, you should see a clickable
gavel next to it, click on that to start the process. Like I said, unfortunately we are not able to do anything about it here. Good lick and hope your able get the situation rectified.

OMG IVE BEEN BANNED FALSELY THE PAST 3 TIMES AND I AN SO SICK OF THIS! Everytime I appeal for it to be overturned xbox upholds it instantly! I haven't done anything and I've been falsely accused, the first time, I was being "too loud" IN MY OWN PARTY! SOME
10 year old kept telling me to shut up after he randomly joined and then he reported me over and over again! The second time, some guy was hazing and cussing me and my friends out and I said leave me alone and I got banned an hour later?!?!? The new two days
after (today), I got another ban?? LIKE WHAT THE HECK XBOX IVE BEEN BANNED CUZ YOU GUYS DONT PROPERLY INVESTIGATE AND THEN WHILE IM BANNED I DID SOMETHINT AGAIN??? How?! Explain please!! And your stupid case review only allows 500 characters, like that doesn't
even get me to explain myself let alone say what they did and prove that I didn't do it!

 

Yeah, good luck. The enforcement team is actually the least efficient, most BS part of the xbox product. They could care less and the way they structure everything( ie only way to contact doesn't actually feel like ur contacting, mandatory code of conduct
quizzes that if u get ONE question wrong too many times, u have to wait a day, no xbox support can contact enforcement, ) It's beyond ridiculous! They may act like it's for a better customer experience, but in truth, it's so their job requires less from them.
ZERO points for loyalty. U say you've been with them since day one and are frustrated, they'll reply, " well I can cancel ur membership if u want." I've had a lot of horrible customer support experiences since I join almost a decade ago, and NO compensation.
Xbox services are changing for the worse every year, bring ur brown pants.

 

As you were told before, people only get banned after an investigation is carried out so there isn't a possibility that you got false banned.

Ok i got banned for to 2 weeks so now i cant play which makes no scene because why is there a report button if there is a Block or mute button i think the block button and the mute button are useless because you can report people and thats not really fair
in my opinion because i paid to play not to be banned wtf please xbox fix your godamm fricken XBOX ONE!!
