False accusation

I was informed that I (TheProdeucer22) was banned and I knew something was wrong so I looked into it and the enforcement page by Microsoft informed me that I (TheProdeucer22) was banded for account theft... I can prove that this account (TheProdeucer22)
is in fact MY account. I would like my ban removed. If there is anything I need to prove that this account is indeed MY account I will happily give you (the enforcement team) such information.Thank you

or you could read the rules and find your actual solution

You just need to wait 24hours and use common sense and you should pass with flying colors

And no your only option is to case review

All investigations are thorough and not based on false accusations

Multiple teams review every complaint so are you sure you want to be laughed at by the court?

You don't even know what incident you are accused of.

And no they won't tell your only what rule you broke

If you read the email or suspension msg it will tell you why

If communications suspension then keep your language clean

And yes it is q rule

I wouldn't worry about. If you know that you didn't do anything wrong, you have the truth on your side. The enforcement team looks into everything. And if you do unfairly get banned you can file an appeal at enforcement.xbox.com

and to add once banned they do not do it without 100% proof and do not lift em and you cannot appeal them.

No. It doesn't mean that you can sue them. And account theft doesn't necessarily mean the account you were using was stolen. If you want further information you will need to post in the suspensions/banning forum.

 

I've listed multiple posts to the enforcement team forum (the link I've been sent) in the past but all in all I'm just sent the code of conduct. Nobody really will "talk" and work it out with me. I'm determined to get my account back one way or another,

you cant, you will just have to use the new one, once banned that's it no way of getting it back, and you WERE warned its the code of conduct that YOU agreed to when you created the account. if you violate the coc bad enough then guess what you get banned.
just move on with the account and follow the rules this time.

The warning is the code of conduct and terms of service that you agree to when you sign up. In that agreement it states that they have the right to suspend or ban you at anytime if you violate those terms. They don't send a notice ahead of time of the banning
because you are given that warning.
