False accusation of "hacking" has ruined my Rep

I was playing Overwatch and dominating the enemy team. They other team then sent me messages threatening to ban me. These reports ruined my reputation causing it to go from "good" to "avoid me." This is causing me not to be able to join. Id really like to
be able to fix this problem and id really like for you to contact me ASAP please.

You didn't but you didn't quote me either. Yet your post was directly under Isaac's. Anyway see my post about your false accusation in the just stop thread. That should clear up any confusion you have about hypocrisy.

 

my rep was ruined by racist rage quitting cheating trolls

i was not answered i was told not to mention gamer tags so i didn't also no help i have proof from screen shots to video evidence cause i stream my games i was told if i report this to you guys i can present my evidence i am saying racist stalking trolls
ruined my rep after i reported they were tryinf to do so how is telling me playing free games helps my rep is useful at all makes no sense i have to be forced to downlaod and play games i don't want cause racist trolls who rage quit and cheat ruined my rep
cause i din't let them win every game and wanted to play fair and by the rules so are you saying you support racism and not gamers like me who are latino and again have evidence and stream their online play to avoid any false accusations like the spam reports
that ruined my rep which happened after i filed a complaint and blocked these players please explain cause it seems you are ok with racism and want to do little to nothing to help me cause i am latino

Daft. Im seriously angry. I dont give two *** about your rep system. It has not helped anyone in our situation and if you can not see that you are a failure of an ambassador. I went from "good" to "avoid me" in one night because of these little punks getting
angry over a game. The reputation system is garbage and nobody want its because they shove it down our throats. Just stop giving people the same useless answer over and over. If you are going to do that then you might as well not answer anyone. It does not
help anyone in the "avoid me" section because you can not raise it due to not being able to play with anybody. If you are the "specialist" in this than you should speak to the devs about removing the reputation system. Nobody looks at it and nobody cares for
it. It just *** off paying customers who enjoy this product. If you are into not pissing people off than start by helping more into it instead of just throwing a link at them and tell them to solve the impossible. Thats poor service. Now that my rant I will
ask you only once. Can you help or are you just going to throw a link at me and say the system is flawless.

 

That is all the help anyone can give you.

The rep system is there for a reason.Your rep goes down over a period of months,it doesn't go down straight away just because someone spammed the report button.

I'm not a "specialist" in anything,not sure where you got that idea from.

No one can increase your rep but you.Games like Neverwinter or Battlefield are the best but it will take time.

No one can reset your rep if that's what your asking.

If the system was as flawed as you say then there would be thousands of people complaining but there isn't.

I can only give you the information available to me.

In the past Battlefield has been to go to game to improve your rep,maybe that's changed now.

Seems to me if you don't like the answer you attack the person who gave it to you.

I do apologise for trying to help,don't worry,i wont make that mistake again.

I'm quite happy with the rep system & so are millions of others so don't assume nobody wants it.

The rep system has always been flawed,but never has it had as much exposure until the release of a world wide, Super hyped and popular game such as overwatch. We saw some of the problems pop up with halo and ufc but not to this extent. The problem, unfortunately,
is that Overwatch players are using the rep system to AVOID players not to give feedback on problematic behavior. Say you play against an amazing player or hate all players who play genji. Report them for cheating etc and you won't queue against them anymore.
This destroys people's reputations and makes it impossible for them to play ANY game that uses the reputation system for match making.

This problem will only get worse as more people play Overwatch. Check your enforcement page, I guarantee ALL of your reports are from May to June of this year.
