False Accusation Causing Suspension

Please help me. I am having immense issues with Xbox Enforcement Team. I have received my second account suspension. The first one was a bit unfair, but I understand why I got it. This time, I have done literally nothing wrong. The person who I believe reported
me and got my account suspended was harassing me and my friends with foul language. I did not say anything off color or rude. I just said I was reporting him, told him I was playing with my friends and he needed to leave us alone, then blocked him. Then the
next day I get emailed saying my account is suspended for a whole week. I have done anything I possibly can to contact someone, including disputing my case. I do not believe it is fair or right for you guys to hide behind a computer and pick and choose who
gets in trouble. Why can't you at least show the message or complaint in question? Why isn't there a way for us to argue our case? This is massively unfair and I don't understand why I have been suspended for a whole week. IF you could at least tell me why
I got in trouble I would appreciate it.

Because of the fact that I can prove 100% that the account listed is indeed my personal account

or you could read the rules and find your actual solution

You just need to wait 24hours and use common sense and you should pass with flying colors

And no your only option is to case review

All investigations are thorough and not based on false accusations

Multiple teams review every complaint so are you sure you want to be laughed at by the court?

You don't even know what incident you are accused of.

And no they won't tell your only what rule you broke

If you read the email or suspension msg it will tell you why

If communications suspension then keep your language clean

And yes it is q rule

Get in touch with customer support. Just out of interest, what was the suspension for?

What if some users report me for a false accusation, whether it’s an egrigous or communications offense, and results in a permanent suspension. Will the enforcement team be able to lift that suspension and suspend those accountable of doing such a thing?
The reason I ask this is because I’m much aware of the situtation of behaving properly and respecting the Code of Conduct. However, there are people who abuse the file complaint or report system and might get vulnerable people suspended from false accusations.

The suspension is permanent does this mean that ive lost $2000+ worth of content because of a false accusation?? im not satisfied woth the way this case is being treated

You can view your enforcement history and file a case review if eligible when you log in on
enforcement.xbox.com.
