so I was playing with my friend and then I get a message saying ive been banned for account theft when ive done nothing that involes an account theft and im sad that I got false banned so can you please unban me

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

You need to log on to the enforcement site HERE for info on your ban/suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

The only thing that you would be able to do is go to the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review were you can appeal the suspension and they will reinvestigate the report and let you know if they can lift the suspension.

That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and the only way that a suspension can be lifted.

The enforcement team don't issue suspensions/bans just for receiving a lot of reports. They will only issue a suspension/ban if they find you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. If you haven't violated anything, you don't have to worry about it.
