False account ban

My Microsoft account was perma Banned 3 months ago for “theft” “phishing” and “soliciting” when what REALLY got me banned was a screenshot I had on my account of a guys locker full of duplicated weapons on (State of Decay 2) I’ve been contacting Microsoft
everyday about it. I’ve owned that account for over 7 years, spent well over $1000 in game starts and over 20k hours in gaming. Im a very avid xbox player but their enforcement team is terrible. All they do is make you spend money and ban you for whatever
bs reason they can. This ban needs to be lifted PLEASE.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.
