Cada relatório é analisado manualmente antes que algo aconteça em relação a suspensões.
Além disso, pode ser sábio bloquear essa pessoa em seu gamercard.

Infelizmente os embaixadores não são capazes de remover qualquer flag em sua conta, porém, cada report é analisado manualmente assim somente com provas robustas de que você infringiu as regras da comunidade sua conta poderia ser banida ou sofrer qualquer
tipo de penalidade. Ainda vale entrar em contato com o suporte e informar o caso.

Vale salientar que no direito há lei quanto a difamação e se isso lhe prejudicar de alguma forma você pode, munido de provas, registrar queixa crime por difamação artigo 139 do código penal brasileiro por exemplo prevê isso.

Difamação é um crime. O que é difamar: é o ato de desonrar alguém espalhando informações inverídicas. A pena é de 3 meses a 1 ano de prisão, com multa. E mesmo se a informação for verdadeira, a pessoa que sofreu a difamação ainda pode processar o outro.

Não é pelo fato de estar usando meio eletrônico ou seja internet que não há leis.

Deixo claro que há regras da comunidade bem como leis em seu país de origem que lhe protegem. Os direitos, deveres as individualidades de cada um devem ser respeitados.
