Fallout76 update will not install

I always use wired, wireless is useless and it downloading now but have other issues have started like unable to move games from internal hard drive to external hard drive tryied moving warframe 4 hours later it was still on 0% and now it won't launch dead space 3

If you are connected to the internet via wireless, try switching to a wired connection
If there is another network available, try connecting to it instead.
Reboot your home network by power cycling your modem and / or router.
To ensure a hard reset, we recommend you unplug your modem or router and wait a few minutes before plugging them back in.

If you're having trouble transferring games, the problem is probably with your hard drive.

I suggest you do a format keeping the games, it helps to solve some problems.

If it doesn't work you will have to format it completely.

Perhaps the Xbox platform is just not a good fit for you.

FYI I am downloading the Fallout76 update right now and have hit as high as 208Mbps.

Is this an error occurring within the game itself, as in a type of server connection error?

Or is this an error from the console?

Another suggestion we have here, attempt to perform a Soft Factory Reset by selecting the following:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files

Note: This step will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.
