Fallout4 loss of access 0x82D40007

I OWN this game and have had NO issues, now it gives the error message. I need this fixed! Give me a phone number to call or live person!

To check to make sure its set as the home, go to settings, preferences. It will say at the bottom, this isnt my home Xbox if it is set as the home

Thanks for reaching out! We understand this can be concerning since the game Fallout 4 is showing an error code of 0x82D40007.

As the error message states, do you actually own the game? This appears an error for a digital title, and the system isn't seeing the currently signed-in account as the one that bought the game. If someone was Game Sharing this game with you by setting your
Xbox as their "Home Xbox", they may have recently changed their account password. If that is the case, you will need
to have them sign on to your Xbox with their updated password.

If you are indeed the owner of the game, then this could be a minor problem with either the profile and/.or licensing. You can try

removing your profile from the console, and re-adding it back.

I have the disc but I had been able to download mods and stuff online. I don't have Xbox live now so I don't know if I can run the game without the disc in the Xbox?

In other words, I put the disk in and I was able to play fine. But for the longest time I did not have to put the disc in at all.

 

The not having an active Gold sub may be the issue but I would try doing the profile removal steps first and report back here to let us all know what happened.
