Fallout3 code

I purchased Fallout 4 digitally on Nlove 10th, so technically not a pre-order!!

The description on Xbox live states that I would still be eligible for a code as the promo runs til Feb 2016, can you please clarify my eligibility as I haven't yet received a code and don't know if I'm getting one?

As long as your purchased fallout 4 from the Xbox Store, you will receive a code in 7-10 days. If you purchased on the 10th, check back in on the 20th of this month if you haven't received it. Thanks!

 

Ok it's 20th still no code!!

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand.

If I buy the game today it still says I'll get a code, so what is there to review?

Buy fallout 4 get a fallout 3 code, that looks simple!!

As for receiving a code, that's a big fat no, I've not received ANY messages from Xbox about this.

 

@Eden0032 I've checked the terms of service and as far as I see I'm eligible.

 

I also bought Fallout 4 on 10th November. No code yet via emails or message centre. I have received gears of war and halo 5 codes but nothing about Fallout 3. Contacted support and they said to post about it in the forums!

 

I've just re-read what Eden wrote!!

How is it possible that Xbox sent me the code and I've allowed it to expire past a 28 day period?? I purchased the game 11 days ago, so work out the maths.

I don't understand the hold up, I've paid £50 for a game and my free code has not arrived, you say Xbox support will be along to help, well when is that going to be exactly because I don't see any movement, I just see a lot of disgruntled customers!!

The reason why I mentioned about messages expiring after 28 days is because a lot of people are not aware of this, so when the code does turn up and they decide not to use it yet, they find that the message has disappeared.

As for a response from the Xbox Forums Support team, they work Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 PST. Please allow 2-3 working days for a response.

Same here bought digital version of fallout 4 on the 10th of november and still no code. The code said it would arrive within 7-10 days so where is the code.

For Me I haven't got a code for Fallout 3 and i bought the digital copy of Fallout 4 pre-order on 6 of November. Still don't have my code for fallout 3.
