Fallout Shelter not syncing?

    Fallout Shelter not syncing?


    I haven't been able to access Fallout Shelter for 3 days now nor can my husband on his PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as per game system support but the issue is with syncing with Xbox, not the game. Not only can I not access saved vaults but can't
    even create a new one. I have seen several posts from others with the same issue but no response from XBox support. Can someone acknowledge the issue and at least indicate you are trying to find a solution? The game plays fine on Android and IOS supported
    devices.

    Hello,

    I recently purchased add-ons for Gems of War and Fallout Shelter. The Punch-out for Gems of War is showing up but not for Fallout Shelter. When will I receive the credit.

    Syncing data for Fallout Shelter

    So I got it to work finally, here’s what I had to do:

    1. Download Fallout Shelter onto my Windows Laptop

    2. Start the game and save over the downloaded sync file

    3. Shut down my laptop

    4. Turn on my Xbox One

    5. Delete my local save file for Fallout Shelter on my Xbox One

    6. Restart my Xbox One

    7. Launch Fallout Shelter on my Xbox One

    8. After being prompted, select “Sync my latest data.”

    9. Game works.

    Oh, and before Microsoft Support suggests it, I have done the usual procedure related to fixing a data sync issue. That being:

    Disconnect from internet, restart console, sign out of profile, launch game, sign in.

    The largest problem being this game needs the internet to operate for some strange reason, even though I don't have any cloud storage activated.
