Fallout Shelter Not loading

Hello

After installing fallout shelter twice, it fails to load. When trying to run it, the fallout man logo appears on a blue backdrop then the screen goes black and the game then fails. Anyone else having this teething issue?

I recently purchased add-ons for Gems of War and Fallout Shelter. The Punch-out for Gems of War is showing up but not for Fallout Shelter. When will I receive the credit.

I'm having issues loading the game. It's been working perfectly fine for me since it came out on Xbox, I woke up and went to check on my Vault to complete a quest, at first it kept saying "Syncing data for Fallout Shelter".

I reset my internet thinking maybe it was a connection issue, still didn't work. I exited out of game who knows how many times, and restarted it. It's no longer saying that it is syncing data, but instead it won't load anything, the game will start, but
Vault List, entering Vault nothing loads. Oh and it doesn't even show that I have a Vault made, which is gonna **** me off due to the fact I spent money on it, and I'm not in the mood for Bethesda's **** to wipe my game clean of any progress.

 

having the same issue here. First time I tried to install and it said there was 'an error'.

So I had to delete all and reinstall.

It installed fine, but every time I run it, the Blue background Fallout logo appears and the the black screen asks me:

"Do you own this game or app?"

Points me back to the store.... which says I already have it and only gives me the option to 'Play'.

Any luck with yours??

Same here, I do not know what needs to be done. But I think its Bethersda fault. They haven't updated the game of windows store for more than a year now!

 

Try to clear the cache in the console. You can also try reinstalling the game.
