    Fallout Shelter Freedom Rewards Not Given


    I used the rewards site to invite a friend to play and purchase an item for the freedom rewards offer. I also had a friend send me one as well. None of the rewards are updating to show the requirements were met so we can all have the items offered. It has
    been over 96 hours. (One on wednesday and one on thursday of last week tried).

    Freedom Rewards.

    Free Ride. When you play 3 games for five hours.

    Can you play the same game for more than one month?

    For example: in February I played fallout shelter, can I play it in March for five more hours and get the “stamp”?

    No rewards for purchases since february

    So the last 2 Months i spend a ton of money on the store. But the last time i got rewards and progress for the VIP Bonus was the last day of february.

    Even on the FREEdom Rewards i dont get any progress for the Fallout Shelter objectives. Is there anything i can do?

    We see that you currently have some Lunchboxes awaiting redemption. To get to this redemption page, you will have to click the Get Started button on the Freedom Rewards page. This will take you to the Referral page for FREEdom Rewards where a button to redeem
    your prizes can be found in the Fallout Shelter of that page. Or, you could simply click this link (Xbox Live Rewards),
    which should take you directly to that page. Hope this clears up any confusion!

    We see that you have a promotional subscription for your Gold service. Since promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, you are currently being shown as a free member. Regarding your purchases, we see that there was an issue with your Fallout
    Shelter add-on not properly activating FREEdom Rewards. We have corrected this issue, and you should see your progress for that offer shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.
