    I am trying to load fallout shelter game but it keeps saying something went wrong. If the problem persists, please contact customer support. Error Code 5 HResult: #80004005. And won't let me sign in, what is this?

    Fallout Shelter

    I go to load fallout Shelter and sign into the game but it keeps saying error code 5 HResult #80004005

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but no joy, I've tried to delete any data for the game but I have none.

    I'm in the alpha part of preview programme on the Xbox and was advised to post here.

    when i try to open fallout shelter, it says getting game ready then it says something went wrong

    when starting fallout shelter, it ops up error code 0x80070490, but i have an xbox one s help!

    Sorry to hear about the issue! We recommend starting out by
    Uninstalling Fallout Shelter from your Xbox One     and install the game back on. If the issue persists after that, you may want to reach out to Bethesda Support for further assistance as that is an in-game error.
