    Fallout redeem code not working


    I can't redeem my fallout 3 code after mister Quincey found my one

    It gives me the error code 80150017

    if it's a problem with my location I live in south africa

    Hi I have tried everything to redeem my fallout 3 code. It is simply not working. Please redeem code in my xbox account. I bought fallout 4 in xbox store on 1/6/2016

    Sorry to hear it. That error code suggests a region issue for the content you're trying to download.

    Perhaps Mister Quincey accidentally sent you a code for US. You should contact him via PM to see if that's the case.

    Hey, MORGAINS! That code can also mean that your account is set to a region that isn't the one you are physically located in. The codes that we give should be used by any region the game is available in, and Fallout 3 is available in South Africa.

    You can check to see what region your account is set to by signing in to
    commerce.microsoft.com    . There will be a blip at the top under Billing Overview that says what region your billing account is set to. If it's not set to ZA, then you will need to do a
    region migration to be able to redeem the code.

    Let us know if that helps you out!

    Fallout 3 Code has already been used?

    I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up
    anywhere on my console...

    id buyed fallout 4 at gamestop and it came with the digitall copy of fallout 3 in a code to redeem. everytime that i tried to redeem it then it gives me the error. what could it be ??

    If you already redeemed the code that came in the Fallout 4 case on Xbox.com, Fallout 3 should appear in your 'Ready to install' list. Make sure you're signed into the profile that originally redeemed the code! :)
