Fallout new vegas your purchase can not be completed please help

Recently fallout new vegas has become backwards compatible and everytime I try a purchase it it says sorry can not be completed at this time try again. So I tried again same messages apprears. I go to work come back and it's still telling me to try aagin.
I even tried from the xbox website to buy and I still get the same message. Is there way to fix this problem because I realy want to play without hooking up my 360.

Problem with buying a game

Hello everyone,

since almost half an hour I try to buy Fallout New Vegas for Xbox one. Every time I want to buy it,it loads for some seconds and then an error occurred,saying;

“Sorry

your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.”

I’m trying this for 30 minutes,restarted the console and everything but nothing helped.

Sorry to hear about the problem with download Fallout New Vegas. What exact error code are you seeing on the console? Let's have you try to Power Cycle the console and see if that helps first.
How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console.
If that doesn't work. Would you be able to try it on the Xbox 360 to see if that works for you?
