Fallout New Vegas Xbox One compatibility

    Fallout New Vegas Xbox One compatibility


    I seeing if anyone might be able to help me. I recently found my old stock of games and looking to play Fallout New Vegas again. I have an Xbox One that reads other discs with the exception of Xbox 360 discs (I have tried several). None of the discs are scratched, I have tried clearing the Xbox 360 game data on the Xbox One, and I have tried clearing the Bluray saved data after a hard reset. I have a basic account set up and do not play online and it is my brother's old Xbox and do not play it often just trying to stroll down memory lane without having to buy the game again. I am not sure if I need to have a paid account for backward compatibility or if it is something else? Really any help on this problem would be much appreciated.

    Hello Brian,

    Thanks for keeping us updated. With DLC, it may not be compatible. The developers are responsible for allowing games and DLC to become backward compatible. They may of allowed the game but not the DLC. Here is a page you can view all the

    content for Fallout: New Vegas     for the Xbox 360. As you have a disc it will ask you to purchase it.

    You don't need a paid account. If it's not reading other 360 discs as well, then it's most likely an issue with the disc drive.
