    Fallout New Vegas DLC download issues


    So I downloaded Fallout New Vegas quite some time ago via the Xbox one store. As far as I can recall that went rather smoothly, but now I can not install the purchased DLC. I purchased the DLC through the Xbox store and do not own the DLC disk. Every time
    I attempt to install the product it stops at 0% and gives error code 0x87e0000d. Can anyone tell me what this means? or better yet how to fix it?

    New Fallout 3 DLC?? New Vegas isnt even getting anymore new DLC.

    .

    But as BIGB said, -1 MS points means it is not available anymore. Usually NEW Dlc that isnt available for download to the general public has a cost of like 9 million points.
