    Fallout GOTY extra content not working


    Bought Fallout 3 GOTY a few years ago. Installed the extra content, then had to move. now live where there is no internet connection, so I cannot connect to Live. content does not work. Do you have to connect to Live for content to work now, because that
    wasn't always the case.

    Batman Arkham Asylum - Problems to use the additonal map packs with the GOTY version

    Thanks A23GMAN, but I don´t think that it is the problem, because there are not on the extra content and extra challenges on the GOTY version with this map pack names.

    Those map packs are free on marketplace.

    My doubt is if is possible to move the content that I ´ve downloaded to the GOTY folder, to see if the installation will be performed.

    You should not need an internet connection to play or access the DLC in the game. However, you might have to re-download the content or because it is the Fallout DLC, there are sections of the game where you must travel to in order to access the DLC. Hope

    Fallout 3 DLC

    The GOTY disc definitley works but make sure you uninstall your standard Fallout 3 before inserting the GOTY disc to avoid any problems, as for the other way you should be able to access additional dlc on the main menu of Fallout 3 once the game has loaded.
    (If you chose to stick to the dlc that you have and just want to get the extra ones you are missing)

    Unfortunatlly this doesn't work, the game save for Fallout is in the Fallout folder but the game save for the GOTY edition is stored in Fallout GOTY folder under memory making an entirly new save area

    Correct. Fallout 3 GOTY DLC disc requires a HDD to install. Besides the hard drive is worth it as you can also install the base game to hdd.
