Fallout 76 Xbox One Problems

I was wondering if anyone can help me with some issues I have run across on Fallout 76 on my Xbox one.

I started playing Fallout a couple of weeks ago and it ran very smoothly for most of that time until about a week ago I ran into problems that make it impossible to play. The main menu when opening the game works fine but then opening a world is where the
problems start. It usually doesn't even load (I've waited 20+ minutes and it never loaded) and other times when it does load it takes a very long time. When it does load it is very slow; I can walk around some but then it freezes for a second, the audio is
delayed, and when I open the map it takes a very long time. When I go to open my pip boy it usually freezes the game entirely, I can't open the menu or do anything.

I have tried pretty much everything I have seen online about troubleshooting and nothing has helped. I have soft reset my Xbox, deleting saved files multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling, tried making new characters, and nothing is working. I didn't
have these problems for a long time but then suddenly just happened. My internet connection is great so I'm sure that is not the problem. I heard that it could be a server issue but I do not think that is the case in this situation because it has been going
on for a week and my friend in the same server is not having any problems at all.

I do not know what else I can do from here and I have tried contacting Bethesda with no success.
