Fallout 76 won't open.

I bought Fallout 76 for the Microsoft Store, and started playing it, until I reached a point in the game (finished creating my character) and suddenly it closed. Now every time I try to open the game, I get an error (Cannot open the application, visit the Store for more information on Fallout 76) I have searched for MANY hours for a solution, but nothing works. There are users who seem to have the same error as me, but it didn't help either. I would like to know what to do, because I would like to play the game that I paid for. Can somebody help me?

I use windows 11 if that helps at all.

Hey, I have already tried what you have told me, unfortunately it has not worked for me, and I have already solved it. I will put what he has done to solve my game:

I uninstalled the xbox app, then installed it again, and repaired the files from the xbox app. With that done, the game worked perfectly, but only by opening it from the xbox app.

See if your order is listed here. Make sure you are using the email that made the purchase (DO NOT send the email here, it is not allowed)

Open it, and see what is in the Status. If it is completed, or another word

Then, let's do some processes

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. Apps and Features in Settings.

Select the application you want to fix.

Select the Advanced Options link under the application name (some applications do not have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if available.

Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the PC

Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type

And connectivity

Do you have antivirus, vpn or firewall?

If so, disable them and see if the error persists.

I understand. Well, deleting your Fallout 76 saved data files can resolve some errors. Please be aware that while deleting the save data, it will reset your Options settings, and no character data or game progress will be affected, this will delete all saved photos and they will not be restorable. Make sure to back your photos up before proceeding.

Navigate to C:\Users\user.name\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76

Delete the Fallout76 and Fallout76Prefs configuration files

See if this helps. If Fallout 76 is not installed there, open your drive partition and search for Fallout 76 that you'll find the correct path.
