Fallout 76 Windows 10 Signing In...

We appreciate the screenshot and details you shared with us in here. We would like to ask more details about your concern:

1. May we know if you are having issues with other games installed through Microsoft Store and Xbox app?
   
2. May we ask where was this game - Fallout 76 installed from (Microsoft Store or Xbox app)?
   
3. Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer?
   

We will provide you suggested troubleshooting that you can try, please skip those steps you have already performed.

1. Install PC updates including Optional Update. Guide - Update Windows
   
   • If you have issues with update, please check the troubleshooting steps available here - Troubleshoot problems updating Windows.
     
2. Please do the update of drivers, guide - update drivers in Windows.
   
   • NVIDIA
     
   • AMD
     
3. Note: Please make sure you know your credentials before proceeding to the next steps. If in doubt, try to manually sign in here: Microsoft Account | Home.
   
   • Log out from Xbox app and Microsoft Store. Make sure there is no account remain logged into those apps.
     
   • Reset/Repair Microsoft Store, Xbox app and the game - Fallout 76. Guide - Repair apps and programs in Windows.
     
   • Clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar. Run this as admin and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
     
   • Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:
     
     • Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
       
     • In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
       
       Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
       
     • Wait for the process to finish.
       
4. Restart and disable all antivirus, antimalware, VPN, proxy, firewall and PC Optimizer.
   
5. Sign into the Microsoft Store and please update all the Xbox apps by following this guide: Get updates for apps and games in Microsoft Store

Hi Kathy,

1.



2. My Bethesda account is working and linked to my xbox account.

3. I am using the same account for both the xbox app and the windows store.

4. I am not a part of any of those.

5. It happened when I first installed the game. I have tried reinstalling it on different drives as well with the same issue.

6. I have Windows 10 Home and version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.2130)

I have gone through the steps on those pages with no luck so far.
