Fallout 76 Tricentennial Pack

I got a physical copy of the Fallout 76 Tricentennial Edition and redeemed the code for the DLC but it didn't let me download it and now it's not showing up on my Xbox. Obviously the code doesn't work anymore but I can still see it in my order history
saying that I own it. How can I fix this?

I preordered fallout 76 tricentennial edition preorder and it says in the description that I get access to the beta it’s been almost 24 hours where is m beta code

I purchased Fallout 76 Tricentennial edition pre-order last night on the xbox store - will I still get a BETA code? I understand they had already started being delivered?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Fall Out 76 DLC.

I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:

View and download game content and add-ons on Xbox One

If the issue persists, try this article:

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console
(Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable)

Try this out and let us know the results.

None of this worked, the content still isn't showing up. Any other recommendations?

Thanks for the reply. Thanks for trying the above articles. If the issue is still persistent, try

removing the profile and re-add to the Xbox.

If you try this and it is unsuccessful, the next step is to
contact Bethesda Support and submit a ticket for the missing items.

I am having the same exact problem. The pack does not show up anywhere on my xbox but my transaction history shows it being redeemed.

Same issue... redeemed code, Tricentennial Edition shows up in my transaction history but doesn't show up under licenses.

However when I view the Atom Store within Fallout 76, the items are there, and indicate they have been purchased.

I did all of this and the in-game items from the tricentennial pack are still not showing up in fallout 76.

Hi there!

I'd be happy yo provide some input. Some DLC that are packs or season passes that include multiple items are not necessarily downloaded but actually unlocked within the game to allow you access to these items. In most cases you also have to do some in-game
activities to either reach these bonus items or find them. In this case you have to craft them from a workbench in game and the redemption of that code should allow you to do so. Most of these bonus items are also actually skins for guns and power armor that
you first have to find.

Also there is the Tricentennial Pack that you can only get by redemption of a digital code from a physical copy of the Tricentennial edition or the upgrade if you just have the standard edition that you can purchase for 19.99. So I understand the confusion
when you saw that but they are sperate listed items in the Microsoft Store:

I have the digital version of Fallout 76 Tricentennial edition but seems like I only got the standard edition, I dont have any of the extra in game items that come with the tricentennial edition or the xbox exclusive 500 extra Atoms. The code was bought
on Amazon.
