Fallout 76 Stuck on Update

Hey everyone,

I was getting the same error, but I was able to get the game running by following these steps:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the game from Microsoft Store. (Can be skipped, haven't tested without it)

2. Open the Xbox app on Windows. It will show the download progress of the game in the app.

3. Once finished downloading, launch the game from the Xbox app.

4. Success!

2) Update your drivers (if applicable
3) Reboot your PC

Hi everyone, the patch was deployed on MSStore, if you are still having an error we recommend trying the following things: - Reboot your PC - Completely close out of the Xbox app and game bar through the task manager and relaunch - Uninstall and reinstall. If you are still having issues installing the patch after trying those things, please file a support ticket at help.bethesda.net so we can take a closer look at your personal install.

The question now is... who can we contact to resolve this in a satisfactory manner? Bethesda says it is Microsoft. Where is the Xbox App Support team (link) ???? It is still not working. 23 hours later.
