Fallout 76 refunds

Hello everybody

I have filled in the request form for Fallout 76. The request was handled in a timely manner but the request was declined without any information. I am legally protected by Australian law due to the fit for purpose in our consumer law. Is there any one in
Australia having the same experience? If so please try a second time and when rejected report Microsoft to the ACCC like me. The more complaints the better our case for legal action.

Did I need to buy the pre order version of the game on the xbox store?

I recently bought Fallout 76 and I'm not getting any notification for getting access to the beta. I checked the store and there was the Fallout 76 I bought, and one that said "Fallout 76 Preorder". If there is a difference that will prevent me from getting
a way into the beta, how can I fix this/refund the game to get the Preorder version?

fallout 3 isnt backwards compatable you should take it in for a refund and buy fallout 4 / 76

You purchased the coins for the Fallout 76 xbox version :c
This is why you saw the currency on your console

This is the add-on for PC:
https://www.xbox.com/games/store/fallout-76-100...

(if you see, there's the "(PC)" label at the end)

This is due to Fallout 76 is not an Xbox play anywhere title, this means your progress and content is different between Xbox and PC

If this was a redeemable code, as you already redeemed it. Sadly is not possible to ask for a refund

refunds the best solution for that would be to go to our refunds webform and fill it out. If you have any questions with the refund please reply to the email that they send to you. As well

Bethesda is releasing a patch today for the game Fallout 76 to improve stability with in game issues. I hope this information helps resolve the issue, please let us know how it goes.
