    Fallout 76 Refund


    Dear Microsoft:

    Fallout 76 is unplayable. It is a complete disaster created by Bethesda which was unmitigated, licensed and sold by you. The factors that contribute to this are not subjective but obviously technical. The frame rate, glitches, server problems and design
    are glaring and unjustified of a full AAA game. What was advertised is not what was delivered. You are have restitution to make for selling this.

    I have asked multiple times for a refund with ABSOLUTELY no description as to why my refund request was denied. You can state your terms all you want but when you provide products that obviously technically flawed and objectively unplayable....step up.

    So here is my question. Will you refund this disaster of a AAA game to those who request it?

    fallout 3 isnt backwards compatable you should take it in for a refund and buy fallout 4 / 76

    You purchased the coins for the Fallout 76 xbox version :c
    This is why you saw the currency on your console

    This is the add-on for PC:

    (if you see, there's the "(PC)" label at the end)

    This is due to Fallout 76 is not an Xbox play anywhere title, this means your progress and content is different between Xbox and PC

    If this was a redeemable code, as you already redeemed it. Sadly is not possible to ask for a refund

    refunds     the best solution for that would be to go to our refunds webform and fill it out. If you have any questions with the refund please reply to the email that they send to you. As well

    Bethesda     is releasing a patch today for the game Fallout 76 to improve stability with in game issues. I hope this information helps resolve the issue, please let us know how it goes.
