Fallout 76 refund

Went through the necessary steps but was told i couldnt return it. I had owned it for less than 2 days and played it for less than 1 hour. Now they will not reply to my email

Did I need to buy the pre order version of the game on the xbox store?

I recently bought Fallout 76 and I'm not getting any notification for getting access to the beta. I checked the store and there was the Fallout 76 I bought, and one that said "Fallout 76 Preorder". If there is a difference that will prevent me from getting
a way into the beta, how can I fix this/refund the game to get the Preorder version?

Have you received a different refund this year? I think you only get 1 per year. They should make an exception with Fallout 76 because it's so atrocious and has no place being out for sale.

 

If you have already submitted a refund request using the appropriate form the only thing to try would be to contact official support via phone/chat. They are located at support.xbox.com/contact-us

However there are no guarantees that they would be able to refund it.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get this refund.

Actually, at this point the only thing that you might be able to do is wait for a response.

Nowadays, with the implementation of the new refund portal page at
Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund, customer support can't really make any refunds themselves.

All you can do is wait for the response and for the member of refund department to get back to you.

They wont give me a response, ive waited 3 days for them to reply, nothing so far

 

Can you give me a ditect link to the live agent chat (not the virtual)?. Im getting incredibly angry just trying to get a real person, it only gives me a virtual agent, or tells me to post on the forums. Im pretty close to just giving up and selling my
xbox after having so many issues lately

Refund Request page, for any other issues, use the
Contact Us portal to speak with a chat agent or request a callback. Also, if you've receive a response from the refund team, you can respond to their e-mails to speak with the agent.
