Fallout 76 Refund Declined

Let's be clear here. The game isn't unplayable. The reviews haven't been kind and many do not like it. But that is not the same thing. And there is no money back guarantee that has ever been offered for a game purchase by Microsoft. So let's not exaggerate
here. I might even agree that it is not a game I would recommend. But that doesn't mean you are entitled to your money back unfortunately.

They should make acceptions for certain games especially if they are unplayable like Fallout 76. That game has been one of the biggest disasters in recent memory.

Unfortunately due to the terms of sale, refunds are not available for digital purchases. That would be the reason if they denied your refund request.

And even since they do offer refunds, it's more likely out of good will since it doesn't follow said terms of sale.

Also, refunds are usually limited to once per year with this system.

I had the same issue as Jacob. I replied to the email and continue to get no detail on why my refund request was denied. I rise this to the serious level of fraud that xbox offers aaa game on the platform that I can't play due to server issues, glitches,
force game closures and a myriad of other issues and then refuses to tell me the simpliest of things....why you refuse to refund with knowledge that it is not playable. Standing behind terms of sale won't protect you when you sell something that is not playable.
You licensed this terrible game and should do right by those that request a refund.
