Fallout 76 Preorder

I preordered Fallout 76 Beta months ago. My friends are playing but my game apps on xbox says it's not available until 11/14. How can I play this game now? what's going on?

Did I need to buy the pre order version of the game on the xbox store?

I recently bought Fallout 76 and I'm not getting any notification for getting access to the beta. I checked the store and there was the Fallout 76 I bought, and one that said "Fallout 76 Preorder". If there is a difference that will prevent me from getting
a way into the beta, how can I fix this/refund the game to get the Preorder version?

 

Xbox One X Fallout 76 Bundle Delivery

If I was to preorder the Xbox One X Fallout 76 bundle would the console be delivered separately from the game and therefore as soon as possible or would they be delivered at the same time and on the release date of Fallout 76?

 

If you pre-ordered the game digitally, the beta should be available in your Ready to Install area of your Games and Apps or you can try searching for it in the store and download it from there.

Otherwise, you would have been given a code from the retailer you pre-ordered from and you would need to redeem that code on Bethesda's website. If you did not receive a code, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from.

order history on the Microsoft account to make sure there isn't a problem on the billing side of the order, if that is all fine then we suggest first

Powercycling the console and trying it again. Give it a shot and keep us posted!

 

Did you order it directly on xbox or through a reatailer?

 

Your friends are playing only the Beta version of the game. You can also download Fallout 76 beta and play the beta version if you pre-ordered the main game from Xbox Store

 

I ordered from the Xbox store on xbox. the offer said plainly that I would receive a code from them. No mention of registering the purchase at Bethesda. Nonetheless, I registered the purchase at Bethesda anyway. no replies, no code, no beta. I have contacted
everyone involved for months.

 

Yes, I preordered the game from the Xbox store in June 2018.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing.

As mentioned previously by Smwutches, if you pre-ordered the digital game directly from your Xbox through the Store app then the beta should be available to download from your "Ready to Install" list or you can search for it in the same Store app where you
pre-ordered the game. There is no code involved if you pre-ordered it from your Xbox or the Microsoft Store online.

I would suggest looking over your
Order History to make sure you can see the pre-order there.
