    Fallout 76 Pre-Order Declined?


    I pre-ordered Fallout 76 and played the B.E.T.A. and when the game launched it said "To play this, you'll need to buy it". I have not changed my payment method or messed with it. I checked my order history under Payment & Billing and I saw that my Fallout
    76 that I had pre-ordered had been declined. Were did my money go?

    What is your most anticipated game this fall?

    Fallout 76 for sure.

    pre-ordered it directly when it was possible to do so.

    Have you spoken to your bank? If the payment was declined then that would be on the bank's end.

    Keep in mind that if you preorder with a credit card or Paypal, you are not actually charged until about 10 days before the game is released. So if there were not enough funds at that time, the order would be cancelled.

    If you did have enough funds and did not change your payment method on your account, you would want to contact support and speak to billing for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Keep in mind that if you preorder with a credit card or Paypal, you are not actually charged until about 10 days before the game is released. So if there were not enough funds at that time, the order would be cancelled.
