Fallout 76 pc won't start

Is this happening on PC, right?

If yes, are you on Windows 10 or 11?

What message are you receiving when the game crash? Or you not receive a message with an error code?

And tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this problem, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

You purchased the coins for the Fallout 76 xbox version :c
This is why you saw the currency on your console

This is the add-on for PC:
https://www.xbox.com/games/store/fallout-76-100...

(if you see, there's the "(PC)" label at the end)

This is due to Fallout 76 is not an Xbox play anywhere title, this means your progress and content is different between Xbox and PC

If this was a redeemable code, as you already redeemed it. Sadly is not possible to ask for a refund

Are you asking if Fallout 76 has cross play between Xbox and PC? If so, the answer is no. Unfortunately, there is no PC/Xbox cross play for Fallout 76

ok your not under standing what i said, sorry...

i bought pc Ultimate game pass, then i bought fallout 76 on pc Ultimate game pass.

fallout 76 is free, on steam and bethesda.net, it is the account you pay for.

I love exploring on fallout but not played 76 and probably won't bother to be honest
