    Thanks. Certainly no low end card, about the same as my RTX 2080 performance wise. When you say, low frame rate, how low exactly?

    I've only played this once on GamePass on PC and I wasn't happy with the FPS either. I couldn't get a solid 60 even at 1080P. I'm not sure if the Steam version is better. I'm also not sure now if this game (like quite a few Game Pass titles) can use dedicated full screen mode, which itself can add latency issues.
