Fallout 76 on PC login issue

Does anyone know any other place I can get help with this game? Nothing is working to fix this. I've even tried reinstalling several times.

Looks like it's the same screen for creating accounts and signing in. Try typing in your information and pressing B instead of A?

Yes I can type in the fields. I've tried entering my info and pressing A, B, and Y. None of the options do anything and I'm still having the issue. I find it odd that it is asking for xbox controls when this is a PC game

These commands are for resetting IP configuration and network-related caches that may be stored on your computer.

1.On the desktop, press the Windows + R keys simultaneously to open Run;

2. At run type cleanmgr and click OK to open Disk Cleanup;

3. In the Disk Cleanup window, select the C: drive (if asked) and click OK;

4. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows 10 window, select the checkboxes for the files shown and click Cleanup System Files.

5. After cleaning, check the checkboxes that are not checked again and click OK>Delete Files.

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. Apps and Features in Settings.

Select the application you want to fix.

This is due to Fallout 76 is not an Xbox play anywhere title, this means your progress and content is different between Xbox and PC
