Thanks for your post. I understand your games, Fallout 76 and Rainbow Six Siege are not playing audio when launched. Do you mind clarifying which platform you are on(Windows 10 or Xbox One)? If you are on the Xbox One, you may want to try power-cycling,
to do so, check out:
Xbox One - Power Cycle.

i downloaded the fallout 76 xbox game from game pass and launched in it in xbox companion on on my pc. It launches to the load screen but when i select play it gives me the profile privileges message.

Xbox console companion along with the rest of windows eight was discontinued earlier this year and will no longer receive updates. Since the launch of Windows 10 you've been supposed to use the Xbox app built into Windows for streaming

If you are using the latest version of Windows 10 (may 2019 1903 update), you right click the Xbox app/Console companion and select uninstall. Earlier versions of Windows 10 will not let you uninstall the app.
