    the issue is that when I load into the game I do load in but it reaches to a black screen we’re there it stop loading I uninstalled and did a hard reset but nothing works, I’m not sure what I have to do as of now because the game refuses in a Public and private world.

    To be able to help you further, it would be necessary to gather some more information. Are you playing on Xbox One/Series X|S, or Windows 10/11? Also, do you get any error codes? If yes, what code is it?

    i downloaded the fallout 76 xbox game from game pass and launched in it in xbox companion on on my pc. It launches to the load screen but when i select play it gives me the profile privileges message.
