Fallout 76 crashing after Skyline Valley expansion.

It’s possible that the local save for your game has become corrupted. If so, deleting the local save and re-syncing with the cloud might correct the problem.
First, delete the local save:
1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
2. Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button  on your controller.
3. Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
4. Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.
After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:
1. Press and hold the Xbox button  in the center of your controller.
2. Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.
After you restart your Xbox, re-sync your saved games to the cloud. Your saved games are automatically stored in the cloud while you’re connected to Xbox Live.
Try playing the game again to see if re-syncing with the cloud corrected the game problem.

What should I do to deal with the corrupted save on PC platform.

It ended up being a faulty USB Drive.

Installed/ Registered/ Verified to NTFS.

Now I am receiving a System Error: E101 00000504 8B050041

This only happened after I updated all of my games because I could not log into Fallout 76. I had to uninstall Fallout 76 and update all of my games that needed an update, then reinstall Fallout 76. I play the game once go to pick up a friend from work, then come home to the Green Splash then the "Preparing Console..." screens.

Nothing is working after updating my consoles firmware and software.

i think the file gameflt.sys means "Game Fault.sys". Game Fault was seen in a lot of games including Fallout 76. Delete the file "gameflt.sys" and try again. Game Fault can activate if game code ERRORS occur, which forces a crash. Your crash error was "gameflt.sys - Unknown Function".
