    Fallout 4 Xbox one x performance


    Hey, has anyone else found that fallout 4 runs very sluggish. No matter where I am in the game the game feels completely sluggish. Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a possible solution

    How to get Fallout 4 Xbox one x enhancement update？

    My xbox one x is in Hong Kong region.

    I saw Fallout 4 page in microsoft store has Xbox one x enhancement

    But my fallout 4 version is always stand at 1.8.3 and i never receive any update notify

    How could i get this update?

    One X performance leaves much to be desired

    If you purchased the Xbox One X from the Microsoft store, you can talk to Xbox Support about returning the console (choose phone or chat): Contact Us | Xbox Support

    The performance of how a game runs on the Xbox One X will depend on how well the developers optimize the game on Xbox hardware. There are plenty of games that run in 4K, but those games are limited to what is currently
    found in the
    Xbox One X Enhanced     list. Games that are not "enhanced" will still gain subtle performance benefits, such as maxed resolution (if dynamic resolution is used), stabler frame rates, and a few other boosts - but in 1080p at best.

    In the case of Fallout 4,
    Bethesda     made no claim that their game would run in 60FPS.

    I've been playing Fallout 4 on the One X quite a lot recently, and although most of the time the performance is fine, there are a few area's where the experience can be best described as 'sub-par', but nothing game breaking. I increased the controller sensitivity
    settings to try to offset the game performance.

    Has your game always been sluggish, or is it just recently? Are you playing the main game or one of the DLC add-on's?

    It's been like it since I got an Xbox one x, even tried starting from the begining but still no luck making it feel smooth

    Really not sure what the issue is, sorry. I take it you are running the latest version of the game? The 'Enhanced'patch? Have you tried re-installing/downloading the game again? Do other games also have performance issues?

    Do you have your console connected directly to the mains or via a plug extender?

    Where is the X One X Patch for Fallout 4?

    Fallout 4's Xbox One X Enhancement is still in development, as is the enhancement for Skyrim SE. It is confirmed on

    Bethesda's website     that there will be a patch for Xbox One X, but they have not announced a date yet.
