Fallout 4 wont load

    Fallout 4 wont load


    So I've got a disc of Fallout 4 and I played it all last week with no problems. All of a sudden I put the disc in and it just wouldn't recognize there was a disc in it. It was pretty clean with no marks. I've tried restarting and shutting down to no avail.
    Help.

    Hi FinnGiant,

    are you getting any messages, is the game at least showing as inserted on the dashboard?

    Is the issue purely reading the disc, or is it only when trying to launch the game?

    Well, it doesn't seem to think there's any game inserted at all. There is no little ring on the game icon to show its inserted, I think its problem is reading the disc, to begin with.

    Try putting in another disc and see if that has the same results.

    After that try following the troubleshooting steps from here: Troubleshoot Xbox One Disc Errors

    Hopefully this does it, if not it seems it may need to go in for repairs.
