    Fallout 4 won't launch.


    Hello,

    I've been trying to get Fallout 4 to launch and it keep getting stuck on the black screen with the little green logo on the bottom right or it just gives the "took too long to launch" error.

    I have tried hard power cycle.

    I have deleted the reserved data cache.

    I have done a fresh install twice, including the 26 Gb update download on 2.5 Mbps internet.

    What else can I do?

    Fallout 4 won't be out this year. They would have announced it already if that was the case. Also, assuming that Fallout 4 is X1, PS4 and PC only, I think they would want a bigger install base before they launch the title.

    Nope. I only have it as a manifest file. When i try opening th game from the FO4 launcher app it tells me that windows can not access it.
