Fallout 4 still wont save my data after a factory reset and reinstall of the game

I uninstalled the apps and then after that did a factory reset and saved my game data apps.after the system was back up reinstalled both apps and they worked that should fix it.

Ok netflix seems to be working but when I just tried to play fallout 4 it days it can't sync to get my saved data. I had to use offline to even load my game. And my parties still wont work.

Wont a factory reset make me lose all of my saved games. data etc? Thats the last thing i want to do if so.

I just had the same thing happen. Logged onto Fallout 4 this morning, signed in and my saves fir the last week were gone. Restarted the Xbox and they were still gone, but i got an error message daying there is a syncing issue, i need to factory reset.
I did so, reinstalled everything and the saves are still missing. I think tge issue was on the xloyd side, not my hardware, as, unless I'm interpreting this incorrectly, somehow the last saves in the cloud for this game were from last Sunday (since they're
the ones that appeared after following the reset instructions). If so, that seriously sucks. Can i just save locally of the cloud sync is going to lose my saves?
